1What this site is
Terturionsland is the website of Terturions, a small consultancy in AI, automation and software for companies. On it you will find our services catalogue, the projects of our own that we have built, a blog and a library of annotated links.
It is not a shop: nothing is bought, contracted or downloaded here, and there are no user accounts for the public. Marking catalogue items or writing to us is the start of a conversation, not an order or a binding offer. If we work together, scope, timing and price are agreed separately, in the proposal or contract for each job.
Using the site means accepting what this page says. If it does not suit you, do not use it.
2Ownership of the content
The text, the design, the images and our own code shown here are ours, unless something else is stated next to the particular piece.
You can read it, quote it with attribution and link to it freely. What you cannot do is republish it whole as if it were yours, or reuse it commercially without permission.
Some projects have their own public repository with a specific software licence. In that case the repository's licence governs, not this page.
3Links and third-party content
The library and the articles link to sites we do not control. We link to them because we think they are good, not because we answer for them: their content, their availability and their privacy policy are their own business.
The names, trade marks and icons of those sites belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.
4Acceptable use
You can browse, read and share. What is not allowed:
- Trying to reach non-public parts of the site, such as the internal area, or its infrastructure.
- Scraping the site automatically and en masse to the point of degrading the service.
- Using the contact form for unsolicited advertising or automated messages.
- Copying the site to pass it off as something else or to impersonate Terturions.
5About what we say here
What we publish on the blog and on the project pages is opinion and technical notes based on our experience. It is not professional advice for your particular case, whether engineering, legal or of any other kind: that is what a commission, with its own diagnosis, is for.
The catalogue describes what we do in general; what each job delivers is what its proposal says.
Example code is published as is, with no guarantee that it works in your context or that it is free of errors. Before you take something to production, test it.
The site is offered as is and as available. We try to keep everything up to date and up and running, but we do not guarantee there will be no outages, errors or out-of-date information.
6Limitation of liability
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from using this site or from applying what is said on it, nor for what happens on the third-party sites we link to.
None of this excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7Changes and availability
We may change, move or withdraw any content, and also update these terms. The version that counts is the one published on this page, with its revision date.
8Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless the law imposes another venue (for example, if you are a consumer), the parties submit to the courts of [PENDING: city of the competent courts].
9Contact
If any of this is unclear or you want to ask permission to reuse content, write to us at [email protected].
