about us

We're a big consultancy two people

A two-person consultancy that does the diagnosis and builds it too. This is how we work and what we care about, which is what tells you whether we're a fit.

and we're both in the first meeting

There are two of us, on purpose. If a project needs more hands, we bring in people we trust for as long as it takes, and you keep talking to the same two.

01what we do

What we do

AI, automation and software for companies, end to end: we find where hours and money are being lost, build the fix and keep it running.

At many consultancies one person does the diagnosis and someone else, sometimes another company, builds it. Here it's the same two people, so nothing gets lost along the way.

02how we work

How we work

Understand, build, measure and grow. In that order, and in weeks, not months.

in that order
  1. 1

    Understand

One concrete process, not the whole company.

  2. 2

    Build

    In one- or two-week iterations.

  3. 3

    Measure

In hours and euros, not impressions.

  4. 4

    Grow

    From what already works.

The first step is the one almost everyone skips: someone asks for a tool and gets a tool, with nobody asking what the day to day looks like. Half the work is figuring out what needs building.

And without the overhead of a big consultancy: no months of analysis, no whole team to pay for. The first thing you see is something working.

That's why we both sit in that meeting: the person who's going to build it hears the problem from you, not from a summary.

03what we care about

What we care about

  • That it can be understood.

We'd rather have a solution your team understands whole than one that impresses in a slide deck.

  • That it's decided with the problem in front of you.

We don't turn up with a tool to sell: first we look at what's failing, and sometimes the answer is that you already had it.

  • That it gets finished.

Something small, in production and in use beats a big project stuck at eighty per cent.

04working together

Working together

A task that eats your hours, a project that's stuck, or a decision you want a second opinion on before committing: write to us. It doesn't need to be defined; that's exactly the first thing we sort out together.
